I help over-worked and under-nourished women regain their health and vitality.
Sought-after nutrition expert, Kristy Dotson, can be considered an anomaly.
In addition to providing a wealth of nutritional wisdom, she gains credibility by incorporating a trifecta of real-life experiences and insight gleaned from twenty-eight years of working in the processed foods, pharmaceutical, and medical industries. She truly understands why people get sick and expresses why they can’t get well, given the limitations of western medicine, coupled with an overall lack of nutritional knowledge.
Blessed with a gift for teaching and a passion for helping others, Kristy shares the realities of food – both good and bad – and is known for providing sound nutritional "know-how" in the most simplistic way so that even a child can take corrective action. She debunks the fallacy of “one-size-DOES-NOT-fit-all” dieting and is a champion of the disruptive, nutritional methodology of metabolic profiling or eating according to your genetic body type.
“Throughout your presentation you gained quite the following. People are still talking about how impactful your presentation was.”
Alison Tibbits – American Cancer Society, Chicago Chapter

About Kristy
Kristy’s desire to teach and educate others about holistic nutrition first stemmed from her own dietary deficiencies. She then gained further enlightenment while spending eight years working for some of the top food manufacturers in the world, such as Kraft Foods and General Mills.
Her former position as a Senior Ingredient Buyer exposed her to “what’s really going into our food chain” and allowed her to see that many products approved for use by the FDA actually promote disease.
Later transitioning to a 20-year career in corporate training, Kristy did not initially realize that her time spent training pharmacists, physicians, surgeons, and functional medicine doctors within entities such as Kaiser Permanente, Scripps Health, and many other major hospitals across the U.S., were providing her with a profound backdrop as to why sickness and disease continue to thrive in the U.S. - despite the magnitude of our healthcare system.
Kristy eventually came to the sobering realization that good health can only be gained from the inside out and decided to do something to help others who lack an understanding of the difference between wellness and sickness care. She armed herself with an additional degree in holistic nutrition, as well as a Nutrition Consultant Certification and birthed a multi-faceted nutrition education enterprise.
No doubt, Kristy is a seasoned speaker and facilitator, who makes a point to engage with the hearts and minds of every person in the room from the time she utters her first words. Her teaching style is informative, entertaining, sobering, and motivating. She connects the dots between diet and disease, and then incites you to determine your destiny. A trained “Health Minister” as tutored by Hallelujah Acres Back to the Garden Health Ministries, Kristy is also a co-author of Fight to Live – Winning the Spiritual and Physical Battle for Your Health.
“Within the first week of applying the principles I learned in the nutrition seminar, I lost 6.6 pounds! "

This power-packed class is an eye-opener to say the least.
Stop Dieting!
When it comes to nutrition, the predominant focus in the U.S. has been on dieting. Newsflash! One-size-fits-all diets do not work, nor do they produce health.
Just as we all look different externally, we are all very unique on a biochemical level, which means our bodies process proteins, carbohydrates, and fats differently.
For this reason, some people need more protein, while others require more vegetable carbohydrates to feel energized, reach an ideal weight, prevent disease, and achieve optimal health.
Discover your “metabolic” body type and how to make your meals match your unique metabolism. Conquer your weight and waistline once and for all!

Testimonials

“Kristy’s presentation was ‘show and tell’ at its best. She held the audience captive as she explained the basics of nutrition including specifics as to which foods do what things for and against our bodies. Kristy clearly knows her subject. Polysyllabic food additives rolled off her tongue with ease. The best part was she promoted proper nutrition without being ‘preachy.’ Nevertheless, several attendees ‘got religion’ that day. She convinced my staff and me that our very lives depend on eating the right foods. She infused the crowd with excitement and truly jump-started us in our pursuit of better living.”

“Within the first week of applying the principles I learned in the nutrition seminar, I lost 6.6 pounds! I was so excited about the weight-loss. It gave me hope! I look forward to meeting my goal weight this year and attending more seminars with Kristy!”
Shameeka Jackson, Attendee
“Both programs were very well received. We were impressed with her professionalism, ability to communicate, and organizational skills. Our clients have commented on Kristy’s comprehensive knowledge. They have found her to be entertaining, informative, and extremely motivating. Kristy’s goal is to help individuals take charge of their health through a nutritional lifestyle and her message comes through clearly.”

“I love your work and how you are helping people. So many people do not know what to eat, and it becomes so much easier for me to say, sign up for the class rather than taking up so much time in my office to try to explain to people how and what to eat and how to read the labels and detox. Thanks, Thanks, Thanks!!!”
